measured steadiness
Neal A. Maxwell: Measured steadiness is more efficient than spurts and then a slackening. Further, we are less apt to "wear away" in prudent persistence than in a combination of breathlessness and ease. Sometimes we may reward our breathlessness with a respite that turns into a permanent repose; we do this by reflecting on all that we have done up to now and how it is surely now someone else's turn.
